Apple juice production began at Hayles in September 1999, following a powerful hailstorm that rendered the fruit unsuitable for sale to retailers. Over two decades have elapsed, and our apple juice has not only endured but evolved, now constituting a pivotal pillar of our diversified business.

Our signature cloudy apple juice embodies a commitment to simplicity and healthfulness. Devoid of added flavourings, sugars, preservatives, or artificial colorants, it stands as a genuinely wholesome beverage choice.



Crafted exclusively from single apple varieties, the inherent sweetness of each batch is a testament to the unique characteristics of the selected fruit. With each passing season, we curate a symphony of approximately ten distinct juice blends. The venerable Bramley variety yields an invigoratingly dry juice, a perfect complement to your morning repast. Conversely, the Russet apple variety produces an astonishingly sweet elixir that captivates the palates of children and adults alike.


Our commitment to quality extends to every facet of production – growing, harvesting, pressing, and bottling – all transpire within the confines of our farm nestled near Winchcombe.
